How to Use Abortion Pills
Mifepristone & Misoprostol Combination Protocol
First day:
Swallow one 200mg mifepristone pill. (Mifepristone is the larger pill in the kit or bag.)
24 hours later:
Misoprostol is not swallowed. You may put the pills inside your cheeks or under your tongue (whichever method you prefer). Hold them there for 30 minutes without swallowing while your body absorbs the medicine. Then swallow the pills with a drink.
8 weeks or less: If your period was 8 weeks or less ago, just use 4 of the 200mcg misoprostol pills.
If your period was over 8 weeks, put a second dose in your mouth 4 hours later.
More than 11 weeks: If your period was more than 11 weeks ago, use 4 pills of the misoprostol at 24 hours and then 2 more pills 3 hours later, and then 2 more pills 3 hours after that and then 2 more pills every 3 hours until the pregnancy passes.
Misoprostol pills vary based on manufacturer. Miso from a trusted source will contain 200mcg of miso regardless of its appearance.
*In less than 1% of abortion pill usage, aftercare is required for a complication. In aftercare, vaginal use of the pills may be detected. Pills taken by mouth and absorbed then swallowed are undetectable.
Misoprostol Only Protocol
The kit or bag will contain 16 misoprostol pills. Each one contains 200mcg of miso.

First hour (for example, at noon) ~ take four pills by mouth
Three hours later (for example, at 3pm) ~ take another four pills by mouth
Three additional hours later (for example, at 6pm) ~ take the final four pills
